Admin:

Attend to customers' enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
Establish good rapport and support to customers
Involves with the Operations of bus fleet/ job taskings
Data Entries
Front desk and administration duties
Ad hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

Positive working attitude

Able to wok independently and take up new challenges

Proficient in English and Mandarin or other dialects

Working hours: 0900 - 1800 (Mondays-Fridays)
