• Position: Sales Admin & Reporting Executive

• Location: Ubi

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for daily Sales operations and customer-account activities.

• Prepare rental, renewal and endorsement documentation.

• Maintain customer, driver and contract information in company systems.

• Ensure contracts and supporting documents are properly filed and archived.

• Coordinate insurance activation and issuance of cover notes.

• Raise POs and support vehicle-purchase administration.

• Assist with billing verification, supplier invoices and supporting documentation.

• Prepare weekly and monthly Sales reports.

• Provide backup coverage for key Sales Administration duties.

• Coordinate information required for sustainability, risk and corporate reporting.

• Maintain reporting trackers, supporting records and submission schedules.

• Follow up with departments on outstanding data and action items.

• Assist with management reports, presentations and Group Office submissions.

• Support updates to sustainability KPIs, risk registers and related records.

• Coordinate follow-up actions from risk, audit, governance and business-continuity reviews.

• Support sustainability and risk-awareness initiatives.

• Escalate overdue submissions or matters requiring management attention.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.

• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales administration, business support, operations coordination or corporate reporting.

• Strong administrative, organisational and stakeholder-coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Meticulous and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines independently.

• Exposure to sustainability, ESG, risk, compliance, audit or governance work would be advantageous.

• Experience with contract administration, procurement or enterprise systems would be advantageous.
