Monitor and manage daily construction work to keep projects on schedule.
Assign tasks to foremen, direct workers, and subcontractors.
Plan manpower deployment and material usage efficiently.
Maintain daily site records, including attendance, work progress, and material logs.
Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task briefings.
Inspect the site regularly for safety hazards and ensure proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
Comply with structural works standards and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.
Inspect completed work to verify it matches approved plans, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate communication between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Resolve technical challenges and day-to-day on-site issues promptly
