Computer Education cum Multimedia Services (Redhill)

TheServices required are set out as follows:

.Assist in developing, reviewing, and teaching of lower secondary computereducation programmes for secondary school students in the following areas:

oMicrosoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare themfor Microsoft Office Certification

oCoding language (e.g. Python, Swift), including the use of Swift Playgrounds orequivalent online platforms

oComputational thinking and problem-solving using programmable devices orrobotics kits such as Micro:Bit, M5GO, LEGO robotics kits, or equivalent,incorporating coding in Python or block-based programming

oSchool Teaching and Learning platforms (e.g. Teams, OneNote Class Notebook)

oArtificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM)

oVideo Editing using tools such as Canva, Capcut or equivalent

oAny other relevant applications

.Develop, review and teaching of makerspace education activities such asCricut-based craft and design, 3D printing, or equivalent

.Assist in training Infocomm Club students to create videos, graphic posters andanimations

.Coordinate and support students' participation in multimedia-relatedcompetitions

.Maintain the school's photography equipment

.Provide technical support and manage the school website using relevant contentmanagement platforms, such as Isomer or equivalent

.Provide multimedia support for school programmes and events, including:

oDeveloping collateral materials for school programmes, events and externalcollaborations

oProviding photography and videography support

.Create multimedia resources for teaching and learning

.Any other duties as assigned

ThePersonnel should have the following skill sets and experience:

.Preferably 3 years or more experience in conducting computer educationprogrammes, providing multimedia services, and conducting ICT-related trainingor workshops in a school environment

.Experience in conducting computer education programmes, including:

oMicrosoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams andOneNote Class Notebook

oCoding Language, such as Python and Swift, including the use of SwiftPlaygrounds or equivalent online platforms

oComputational thinking and problem-solving using programmable devices orrobotics kits, such as M5GO, LEGO robotics kits, Micro:Bit or equivalent, withPython, block-based programming or equivalent platforms.

oSchool teaching & learning platforms (Teams, Class Notebook, etc.)

oAI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM or equivalent

oVideo Editing, such as Canva, Capcut or equivalent

.Experience in multimedia creation/ video creation and editing tools, such asPro-Create, Canva, Capcut, iMovie, GarageBand, Adobe applications

.Experience in updating and managing website content using Isomer or equivalentcontent management platforms

.Experience in conducting makerspace education activities, such as Cricut-basedcraft and design, 3D printing or equivalent activities

.Strong classroom pedagogy, classroom management and student engagement skills

.Has initiative and able to work independently and good team player
