· Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to streamline production processes.
· Schedule and assign tasks to production workers to optimize efficiency.
· Monitor and enforce safety regulations and proper use of equipment.
· Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality food products.
· Conduct regular inspections of the production process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
· Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality-related issues.
· Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
· Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
· Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and losses.
