Accounts Assistant
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for graduating students or fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains full set of accounts for us and clients
- Manages all financial and accounting transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Perform other accounting duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
