Finance Executive
THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED
- Handle full spectrum of AR, AP and GL.
- Handle full spectrum of Funding (Recurring / Restricted / Adhoc)
- Perform Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow Monitoring
- Prepare Account Schedules & Reconciliation
- Drafting Budget and Budget Variance Reporting
- Attend to Audit Queries
- Minutes taking
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector
- Proficiency in financial software, preferably Microsoft Business Central 365.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- High degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadline
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and take accountability
