Air Freight, Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Responded to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinated with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient processing of airfreight shipments.
- Assisted customers in booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments in transit.
- Resolved customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensured compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements throughout the shipment process.
- Maintained up-to-date records of shipment milestones and key events.
- Accurately documented customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details for reference and follow-up.
- Worked closely with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Singaporean only.
