Services Support Executive (Supply Chain)

Our client is a leader in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Services Support Executive (Supply Chain) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

• Arrange packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods and samples, including lab items, and update system records.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow up closely with customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments by preparing SOAs and coordinating with customers.
• Check invoices from third-party logistics, transporters, and couriers; ensure charges are accurate and billed accordingly.
• Track customer orders against forecasts and prepare regular order status reports.
• Provide support to sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and offering delivery updates.
• Maintain and update product lists for submission to Finance for customs approvals.
• Drive improvements and ensure adherence to order management business rules.
• Provide audit documents when required.
• Perform stock-take activities when assigned.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledgeable in water treatment, wastewater, or environmental engineering.
• Proficient in SAP MM and SD modules.
