My client is one of Singapore’s premier and most established General Insurance Agencies, consistently shaping the evolution of the general insurance sector. Responsibilities:
- Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio
- Build relationships with cents & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them
- Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products
- Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings
- Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties
- 5 Days (Mon to Fri) / 9am to 6pm / near Chinatown
- Immediate
Requirements:
- Min. Local Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance
- To have at least 2 years of related/relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills Independent, confident, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
