Working location : Kewalram House (Bukit Merah/Alexandra)
Working days: Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm
About the Role
The Executive, Customer Service (3-month contract) is a customer-facing member of DKSH's Customer Service team, responsible for delivering timely, professional, and resolution-focused support across all customer interactions. This role plays an important part in maintaining service quality, managing order fulfilment, and strengthening customer relationships to contribute to DKSH's service-level commitments.
What You Will Deliver
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback effectively to ensure satisfactory and timely resolution
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately to support a seamless customer experience
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system to ensure operational transparency
- Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to confirm successful issue resolution and uphold a high standard of service throughout
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and contribute to achieving service-level targets
- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service activities to support business visibility and performance tracking
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across customer-facing and internal interactions
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in SAP or customer management systems is an added advantage
