- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9AM – 5.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement productivity enhancement strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources in construction projects
- Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations and productivity frameworks
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Analyze workflow processes and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
- Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity goals with project requirements
- Implement cost-reduction measures through efficient planning and execution.
- Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or productivity enhancement
- Candidates who possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) are largely advantageous
- Familiarity with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies
