Job Description
A Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project costs and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
- Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Handle procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage risks and implement solutions to problems
