Part Time Art Workshop Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, creative and energetic Part-Time Workshop Facilitator to join the team at A Painted Sip, Singapore’s curated tumbler painting studio.
You’ll be helping guests turn their everyday tumblers into personalised statement pieces while creating a fun, welcoming and memorable workshop experience.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate and guide guests through our tumbler painting workshops
• Demonstrate painting techniques and assist guests throughout the session
• Prepare and set up workshop materials, paints and workstations
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Keep the studio clean, organised and ready for the next session
• Assist with packing, cleaning and general studio operations
• Help create a fun and engaging atmosphere for workshops, including kids’ parties and corporate events
• Follow A Painted Sip’s workshop procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable interacting with people
• Creative and enjoys art, crafts or hands-on activities
• Patient and able to guide both adults and children
• Responsible, punctual and comfortable working independently
• Good communication skills
• No formal art experience required —
training will be provided
• Prior experience in customer service, events, workshops or retail is a plus
Working Hours
• Part-time / flexible shifts
• Mainly weekends, evenings and peak periods
• Suitable for students or individuals looking for flexible work
