Responsibilities
- Engage with job seekers to assess their career aspirations and guide them through the job-seeking process effectively
- Collaborate with employers to identify and clarify their business needs and hiring requirements
- Communicate with candidates and clients across multiple industries and job functions to broaden recruitment exposure
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and job roles to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to develop recruitment strategies and improve communication skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in recruitment contexts
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with effective people management skills
- Resilience and target-driven mindset to perform under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality conducive to building relationships
