Job Description

- Position Title: Shipping Executive
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Possess thorough knowledge of shipping processes including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and vessel bookings.
- Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
- Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
- Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of various shipping document and FTA Certificate application.
