Are you passionate about creating positive employee experiences while supporting effective HR operations?
Join a collaborative HR environment where you’ll work closely with employees, managers, and business stakeholders to provide practical HR support, manage employee relations matters, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen workplace engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support aligned with business requirements and organisational objectives.
Manage employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, workplace issues, investigations, and follow-up actions.
Partner with managers and supervisors to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Administer and support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
Support recruitment activities and workforce planning to meet organisational needs.
Develop and coordinate initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace environment.
Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders on people-related projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Contribute to HR strategy, workforce initiatives, and other projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR matters concurrently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
