Senior HR Executive - People & Operations Specialist #HDCA

Looking for your next HR opportunity where you can take ownership, make an impact, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation? We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support a broad range of HR and people-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
Support the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR processes are administered accurately and efficiently.
Partner with internal stakeholders on HR-related matters, providing timely advice and operational support.
Assist with recruitment activities, including coordination of interviews, offers and onboarding arrangements.
Manage leave, attendance and other employee-related records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Support payroll and benefits administration by providing accurate and timely HR information.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
Handle employee queries and work towards effective resolution of HR-related matters.
Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with relevant employment requirements and internal policies.
Take on other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 4–6 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with hands-on experience across HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices and employee lifecycle management.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems will be an advantage.
