Key Responsibilities
Environment: IFM
Design, Drafting & Technical Documentation
- Prepare and finalize submission, tender, A&A, and construction drawings , ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Draft ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection , and other technical drawings in line with project specifications.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality V-Ray renderings for presentations and proposals.
- Oversee and maintain comprehensive design documentation , including drawing registers, revisions, and quality control checks.
- Conduct design reviews and prepare presentation materials for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards , and statutory submission requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying , or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting, design, and QS roles within the IFM, construction, or built environment sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp , V-Ray , and technical drafting software.
- Knowledge of local building codes , authority submission requirements, and design documentation standards.
- Experience in managing and coordinating design teams and working with multiple disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality control processes , contract administration, and cost management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-moving project demands.
