Korn Ferry is pleased to be exclusively appointed by e-Mediacorp to recruit a Head of Talent Hub.
e-Mediacorp is Singapore's national media network and largest content creator, reaching 99% of the population weekly across digital, TV, radio and social platforms in four languages.
This senior leadership role will lead and scale the Talent Hub as a unified, commercially driven business spanning celebrity management and the creator economy. The role will integrate talent strategy with content production, develop multi-hyphenate personalities and unlock new revenue across broadcast, digital, branded content and international markets.
Reporting to the Chief Content & Talent Officer, the role is central to driving business growth, talent monetization and strategic alignment across e-Mediacorp's content ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, well-connected leader with deep experience in media, entertainment, talent management or adjacent digital content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified Talent Hub strategy across celebrity and creator businesses.
- Own P&L performance, investment decisions and long-term value creation while managing brand and reputational risk.
- Lead talent acquisition, development and retention, building multi-hyphenate personalities with cross-platform relevance.
- Shape talent positioning, contractual frameworks and IP participation models to enhance commercial value.
- Develop talent-led IP, formats, endorsements, sponsorships and partnerships across broadcast, digital, branded content and international platforms.
- Partner with senior content leadership to align talent strategy with commissioning, development and production priorities.
Experience and skills:
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in media, entertainment, talent management, digital platforms or related sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Communications or a related discipline.
- Proven P&L ownership, business scaling and commercial growth experience.
- Strong track record across celebrity management, the creator economy, branded content and cross-platform monetization.
- Experience aligning talent strategy with content commissioning and production priorities.
- Established network across media, advertising and platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Mandarin-speaking artists and Chinese-language content is essential; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
- Strategic thinker able to align talent, content and commercial priorities.
- Credible influencer across senior leadership, creative teams and external partners.
- Sound judgement in balancing growth, brand integrity, governance and reputational risk.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with deep understanding of talent, IP strategy and digital monetization.
