Role Introduction
Accelerate our market expansion across Southeast Asia. In this individual contributor "Hunt and Farm" role, you will be responsible for winning net-new greenfield logos and scaling wallet share within existing premium accounts spanning hyperscalers, cloud providers, colocation data centers, and tier-1 telecommunications carriers. Operating in a high-growth environment, you will serve as a strategic technology partner, positioning advanced solutions across network performance validation, cybersecurity testing, and the expanding artificial intelligence infrastructure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive pipeline generation and secure greenfield enterprise accounts across target hyperscaler, cloud, and data center ecosystems.
- Manage and scale existing accounts to aggressively expand wallet share, uncover upsell opportunities, and defend baseline revenue.
- Lead multi-stakeholder B2B sales engagements from initial discovery through technical validation to commercial closure.
- Collaborate with technology partners, system integrators, and cloud providers to position next-generation AI infrastructure and application solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted executive relationships with engineering, procurement, and IT leadership teams.
- Maintain data integrity within CRM systems to provide accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a highly visible "hunter" profile and consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrated success selling into telecommunication operators, large-scale colocation data centers, or hyperscale cloud providers.
- Background selling complex technical solutions, such as network testing, test & measurement, visibility fabric, or cybersecurity validation tools.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with a proven ability to map complex technical products to corporate business value.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the Southeast Asia region as required to manage territory growth.
- Strong alignment with a fast-paced individual contributor environment and comfort working under a pay mix structure.
