Job Description:
- Manage reservation inquiries and coordinate bookings to optimize occupancy.
- Provide professional and friendly service to clients and guests via phone and in person.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes while ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lobby area.
- Ensure compliance with quality and service standards when assisting patients and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
