ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Accounting Firm)

Job Responsibilities
Our Accounting Firmneeds you to perform the following for our clients:
- Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client
- Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S
- Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Report Standard
- GST report and filling
- Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge
- Liaise with auditor
- Related duties assigned by the management
- To be able to communicate with client independently
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates or equivalent
- At least 1 – 3 years full set account processing experience
- Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel(including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
Experience with accounting software(QuickBooks and Xero) is an advantage
Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business ReportingLanguage) advantageous
· Positive attitude, meticulous andsomeone with initiative
- Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure
· Possess strong honesty, integrityand confidentiality
· Good communications andinterpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise withChinese speaking associates)
· Team Player
· Able to meet tight schedule
