- Provide personalised engagement by understanding parents’ needs and recommending suitable programmes
- Conduct engaging centre tours and clearly explain curriculum and learning environment
- Guide parents through the decision-making journey with timely follow-ups and support
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the enrolment process
- Build strong relationships with parents to encourage trust, retention, and referrals
- Ensure consistent communication aligned with the centre’s brand values
- Track and update lead information, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
- Support achievement of enrolment and engagement targets through structured follow-ups and service excellence
