Credit Collections Executive | Auto Loans

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Credit Collections Executive who is committed to delivering positive outcomes through professional and empathetic communication. Core Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Contact customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve account-related matters professionally
Process collections, payments, refunds, account adjustments, and GIRO applications accurately
Prepare collection notices, full settlement quotations, vehicle release letters, and related documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth account resolution
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Support administrative duties, process improvements, and other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
A team player with integrity, professionalism, and good emotional intelligence
