RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records
- Follow up on collection
- Receipts process and relevant accounting records
- Record bills for invoices received
- Prepare quarterly GST report
- Prepare GST reassessment report
- Prepare withholding tax filing
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to Director and team as required
- Laise with vendors and principals for orders, etc
- Other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field
- Two years finance/accounting experience will have added advantage.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Able to converse in mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking vendors/employees
