- Process remittances, fund transfers and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily reconciliation and unit balancing to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are completed within the required service turnaround times.
- Follow established procedures, internal controls, policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and escalate operational issues, control gaps and service lapses where required.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Provide operational support and coverage for team members when required.
