Job Responsibilities:
Regulatory monitoring and reporting
- Responsible for daily MAS and SGX regulatory ratios monitoring
- Responsible for MAS and SGX report preparation and submission
Financial and management reporting
- Responsible for performing month-end closing controls
- Perform in-depth analysis on financial performance/key metrics and prepare reports for local management and business lines
- Support manager in other controls and governance, statutory and other audits of entities
- Support manager in review of Group reporting packages
ALM and Tax
- Responsible for ALCO deck preparation
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST reporting for entities
- Contribute to annual corporate income tax return and transfer pricing document preparation, including liaison with tax advisors
Requirements
- University degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the banking industry
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting in the banking industry would be an advantage
- Candidates with external audit experience in financial sector are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in basic coding or relevant vendor solution like Power BI
