Business Development Manager (Project Logistics)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Monthly Salary: $8,000 – $10,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Primary Office: Pandan Road (with regular visits to various project sites)
Job Responsibilities：
Develop new customers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build strong client relationships and provide suitable logistics solutions.
Plan end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials.
Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local delivery.
Manage site delivery schedules, warehousing, and JIT arrangements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle heavy-lift and oversized cargo when required.
Resolve logistics risks and delays to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or construction logistics.
Experience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Site-based logistics coordination experience is highly preferred.
