Creative & Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, presentations, flyers, posters, menus, and promotional materials for various events, activities, and promotions.
Create engaging visuals for the website and assist in updating website content.
Food Photography:
Plan, style, and execute food photography sessions to create appealing images for marketing materials, social media, and the company website in collaboration with F&B team.
Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality, professional results.
Communications and Digital Content Creation:
Assist in writing notices, eBlasts, letters, and speeches.
Assist to produce engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations for the web and social media to ensure maximum engagement and reach.
Website Management:
Create engaging visuals for the website and assist in updating current and engaging website content.
Events Support:
Assist in executing the Annual General Meeting, providing design and communication support as needed.
Create event-related materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
Administrative:
Liaise with vendors for the production of print materials.
Assist in procurement processes.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia or equivalent
4 years of experience in graphic design, communications, and food photography, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffect) and other design software.
Proficient in WordPress for website maintenance.
Expertise in food photography, including styling, lighting, and editing.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and content management systems.
Basic writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and meticulous attention to accuracy.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
