Kebabs Faktory is a homegrown Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand proudly developed in Singapore, serving authentic kebabs inspired by street food from around the world. Since opening our first outlet in 2018, we've grown to 9 outlets across Singapore, with exciting expansion plans ahead.
We're passionate about creating memorable food experiences through bold flavours, innovative products, and engaging marketing that keeps our customers coming back for more.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Marketing Executive who loves bringing ideas to life.
Whether you're designing eye-catching campaigns, creating viral social media content, launching exciting new products, or producing videos for TikTok and Instagram, you'll play a key role in shaping the Kebabs Faktory brand.
No two days are the same. One day you might be filming a new menu launch, the next you're designing in-store promotions, planning a festive campaign, updating our website, or brainstorming the next big marketing idea with the team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design creative assets for digital, print, and in-store marketing, including posters, menus, packaging, point-of-sale materials, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
- Capture and create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars while monitoring engagement and responding to community interactions.
- Conceptualise and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate artwork production with printers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Update website content, EDMs, and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Support outlet openings, events, and promotional activities when required.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong eye for branding, typography, layout, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos for social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and social media is a definite plus.
