Patient Service Associate (Singaporeans & PR)
Job Description
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care. Duties and Responsibilities
• Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager
• Registering and scheduling appointments for patients
• Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
• Providing chaperone assistance to patients
• Assisting doctors with simple procedures
• Providing patient education and financial counselling
• Preparing and dispensing medications
• Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
