Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue coordination
- Handle billing enquiries, payment collection, and cashiering duties
- Assist with preparation of clinic reports and administrative documentation
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and guide patients on required tests or investigations
- Liaise closely with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure efficient patient care
- Support daily clinic operations, including counter closing procedures
- Manage appointment rescheduling and patient feedback enquiries professionally
- Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and patient experience
Requirements
- Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification
- Training will be provided; candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
- Candidates available to commence work on short notice will have an advantage
