Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional frontline support by assisting patients with registration and appointment scheduling
• Attend to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate patient appointments and support smooth clinic operations
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry updates efficiently
• Assist with billing administration and documentation matters
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient journey
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational duties within the clinic
Requirements:
• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Candidates with customer service or administrative experience are advantageous
• Applicants who are able to start work within short notice will have an added advantage
