Looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcaresector? Join a dynamic healthcare team where you'll play a key role indelivering excellent patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and assist patients during their clinic visits
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently
- Guide patients through self-registration procedures
- Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support
- Manage incoming phone calls and appointment requests
- Perform basic cashiering and administrative duties
- Support daily clinic operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Keen interest in the healthcare industry and patient service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commence work within a short notice period
- Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided
