HR & OPERATIONS INTERN
4-DAY WORK WEEK | FLEXIBLE DAYS & HOURS | WORK DIRECTLY WITH STARTUP FOUNDERS
We are looking for an HR & Operations Intern to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional HR internship where you'll spend your time filing documents and doing repetitive administrative work.
You'll work closely with our founders and management team , gaining hands-on exposure to how a growing company manages people, payroll, operations, finance, contracts and company culture .
If you're someone who wants to understand how businesses actually operate behind the scenes , this role is for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
HR & Payroll
Assist with Monthly payroll processing / issuance of payslips / CPF contribution/ Foreign worker levy administration
Manage & Track working hours, attendance leave, MC and absence records
Contracts
Assist with preparing contracts and HR documents
Process resignations and terminations and cancellations
Finance & Administration
Assist with preparing and tracking invoices, Maintain payment/billing records
Coordinate with relevant teams on payments and documentation
Operations & Management
Work directly with the founders and management team - Help improve internal systems, processes and SOPs
Support the development of our company culture
Gain exposure to real business decisions within a growing company

We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and detail-oriented
Responsible and comfortable handling confidential information
Comfortable working independently
Comfortable communicating with management and employees
Interested in HR, business operations and/or entrepreneurship
Prior HR experience is not required. We care more about your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership.
