We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Junior customer support Admin to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and seamless service experience within the automotive industry.
Job Duties:
Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Support daily administrative operations and coordinate customer arrangements
Assist in operational support including quotations, invoicing, parts coordination, and service documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Possess at least 6 months experience in Customer Service
Prior Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system
