Key Duties:
- Attend to incoming calls, handle enquiries and provide relevant information
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage the first point of contact for bookings and enquiries
Key Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is highly advantageous
