SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead, train, and coach team members.

• Manage and handle daily production, purchasing, inventory, stock, and work schedules.

• Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end of the finished product.

• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.

• Responsible for the whole manufacturing process, from purchasing, withdrawal, and issuing of materials until handover to the warehouse.

• Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.

• Update, record, and maintain ISO documentation.

• Responsible for the internal and external audit processes and documentation.

• Cooperate with inter-departments to ensure production is running according to schedule.

• Perform other tasks/assignments as given by the Superior/Management.

Requirements:

• Secondary level or equivalent.

• Able to support overtime and willing to work rotating shifts.

• Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently.
