Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join their hospitality team. As the first point of contact for many guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive booking experience, converting enquiries into reservations, and ensuring every guest's stay begins with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.
Handle calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on room rates, packages, and promotions.
Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns effectively.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
Promote hotel services, upselling opportunities, and loyalty programmes.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, call handling protocols, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Prior experience in reservations, call centre, or guest service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Familiarity with hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
