To support their scaling international operations and continuous regional growth, they are looking to appoint a hands-on, agile, and seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join their Singapore headquarters.

· HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: Drive the full employee lifecycle efficiently, overseeing seamless onboarding, day-to-day engagement initiatives, through to structural and compliant offboarding processes.
· Business Partnership Alignment: Partner closely with department heads and the regional HRBP team to translate shifting business priorities into pragmatic people workflows that improve talent attraction, competency development, and staff retention.
· Performance & Talent Cycles: Support, coordinate, and execute annual HR processes including performance calibration evaluations, regular talent reviews, compensation/bonus framework updates, and localized engagement programs.
· Employee Relations & Policy Compliance: Provide reliable, professional, and hands-on guidance for all employee relations inquiries, dispute resolutions, and policy matters. Ensure strict compliance with Singapore statutory frameworks (MOM regulations) and global internal policies.
· Change Leadership & Workflow Enhancement: Act as an organizational change catalyst, helping teams navigate structural updates and operational transitions smoothly. Review, streamline, and scale local HR administrative processes to elevate accuracy, efficiency, and overall employee experience.
· Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as a core operational touchpoint for managers and corporate stakeholders, effectively bridging global corporate frameworks with local workplace realities and office dynamics.
· Data, Documentation & Compliance: Oversight and execution of all critical HR documentation, statutory government reporting, work pass management, and background verification procedures required for the region in strict alignment with corporate guidelines.
Who You Are (Requirements)
· Experience: Minimum of 8 years of dynamic, progressive HR generalist or people operations experience, ideally built within high-growth, matrixed, or fast-paced environments such as lifestyle brands, retail-consumer networks, or technology environments.
· Regional & Compliance Expertise: Comprehensive, practical understanding of Singapore employment laws and practices, combined with a strong professional agility to balance global corporate directives with local statutory nuance.
· Execution & Agility: Proven capacity to navigate corporate change and ambiguity effectively. Must possess an operational 'roll-up-your-sleeves' mindset, managing high workloads with precision under fast-shifting priorities.
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
