Front Office Executive (Sales Admin)
Working Days: 6 days, 46h per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday, 8:00am-3:00pm
Gross Salary: SGD $2,800-$3,400
Location: Jurong Port West Region
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and email
- Receive and process customer orders
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders and sales invoices
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and collections
- Count daily petty cash and process staff claims
- Perform general office administration, including filing, correspondence, stationery and courier arrangements
- Assist with basic marketing activities, including social media posts and promotional materials
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service or a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience with invoicing or accounting software is an advantage
