Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
- Product Promotion : Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions
- Appointment Scheduling : Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
- Sales Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management
Job Requirements:
- Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Confident in pitching products and closing sales
- Good Time Management: Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions
Eligibility Requirement:
Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only
