Senior Logistic Admin (West/ Up to $2600/ 1 year contract/5.5D)

As a Logistics Admin, you'll help make sure the orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process warehouse documents
- Update inventory and stock records accurately
- Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation
- Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Handle filing and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Support daily warehouse administrative activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Able to perform data entry accurately
- Experience in leading 2-4 people
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience using a WMS or SAP is an advantage
