Executive (New Energy Solutions)

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Executive to join our New Energy Solutions (NES) team, supporting the growth of innovative green energy offerings. In line with our mission to deliver smart energy solutions, this role will play a key part in developing and scaling SolarShare, one of our flagship initiatives. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across the product lifecycle—from presales to post-sales—while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience and expand our renewable energy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

SolarShare Product & Operations Support

• Provide presales support to the Sales team, including handling enquiries and resolving customer issues
• Maintain SOPs and conduct regular product training for internal stakeholders
• Support post-sales activities, including user training and adoption initiatives
• Improve overall performance of the SolarShare network (e.g. increasing green matching rates)

Project Management & Reporting

• Manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports and post-implementation reviews
• Prepare regular performance and stakeholder reports

Technical Coordination & Troubleshooting

• Work closely with IT, developers and system administrators to resolve system-related issues
• Support implementation of enhancements and ensure alignment with IT and security standards
• Conduct periodic audits to maintain service quality and compliance

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

• Identify and collaborate with business partners to scale the SolarShare community
• Work with vendors and external partners to enhance capabilities and offerings
• Support development of new products and solutions within the renewable energy space

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or energy solutions
• Experience working with or assessing products/solutions in energy or related industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, including market assessment and basic commercial evaluation
• Ability to manage stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
