What began with a single immunity supplement has grown into a range of products trusted by thousands of pet owners across Singapore. We are also one of Singapore's fastest-growing pet brands on TikTok Shop, where we connect directly with our community through educational, entertaining and authentic content.

As we continue expanding into functional pet food and overseas markets, we are looking for someone who is creative, driven and excited to help build a brand with long-term ambition.

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Content Growth Executive to join our team.

You'll work closely with our founders to bring ideas to life, produce engaging content, strengthen our brand identity and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan and execute content ideas for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

• Film and edit short-form videos, reels and product content.

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, product launches and company events.

• Create engaging captions, thumbnails and social media assets.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily social media posting schedules.

• Maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Engage with online communities and monitor social performance.

• Stay updated with current social media trends and platform changes.

Brand Development

• Ensure all marketing materials remain consistent with Vitachat's brand identity.

• Assist with product launches, packaging concepts and campaign visuals.

• Work with external designers, photographers and creators when required.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.

• Assist in exhibition preparation, retail activations and brand events.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content opportunities.

Analytics & Growth

• Monitor campaign performance and social media metrics.

• Prepare simple weekly reports and recommend improvements.

• Research competitors, emerging trends and consumer behaviour.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for branding, marketing and storytelling.

• Enjoys filming, editing and creating engaging social media content.

• Has a strong eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Is proactive and enjoys taking initiative.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Loves animals and genuinely cares about pet health and wellness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred but not essential).

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content creation.

• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, lifestyle brands or the pet industry is a bonus.

Fresh graduates with an excellent portfolio and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary

S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Performance review after 3 months probation with opportunities for salary progression based on performance.
