Responsibilities for Scrub Nurse:
- Deliver professional perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical journey.
- Assist surgeons during procedures and perform Scrub and/or AU nursing duties according to established standards.
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Coordinate patient transfers with relevant departments to support safe and seamless care.
- Provide post-anaesthesia and post-operative recovery care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications for Scrub Nurse
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
- Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
