Duties
- Conduct market and audience research to understand customer behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Monitor digital platforms, social media, and online communities to identify relevant insights and opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives.
- Create, curate, and manage content across digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, merchants, vendors, and external stakeholders to gather content and marketing materials.
- Manage content updates and ensure information published across digital channels is accurate and timely.
- Track engagement and campaign performance, providing insights to improve content and marketing effectiveness.
- Perform other ad-hoc marketing and digital-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, content management, social media, or related areas will be advantageous.
- Familiar with digital platforms, online trends, and social media.
- Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
