- Mon to Fri, Office hours
- This is a Hunter role - comes with commission and AWS .
Job Responsibilities
- To promote the service provided by the company - Oceanfreight / Air freight/ Projects/ Warehousing services. Plan business strategies to meet the customers’ business objectives.
- Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
- Establish and build up a pool of customers.
- Maintain good, professional working relationships and effective communications with existing, and new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices, and partners.
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate superior or HOS.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior or HOS.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching, identifying, and evaluating the prospective company's position in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Salary will be based on experiences
- Possess own transport
- Preferable with 2-3 years experience in the freight forwarding industry, have knowledge on either sea freight or Contract Logistics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
