About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
Maintain, update, and organize employee profiles, attendance records, and leave management systems.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including preparing employment contracts, orientation, and collecting required documentation.
Coordinate the compilation of monthly timesheets and timelogs to assist with accurate payroll, commission and CPF processing.
Support the tracking and implementation of internal company policies (e.g., scheduling, outlet leave caps, and attendance tracking updates).
Office Administration:
Manage general administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, document archiving, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Assist management with drafting internal memos, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics for company events or announcements.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office support is preferred.
(Proactive junior candidates looking to build a career in HR are welcome to apply!)Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable adapting to cloud-based HR systems or digital clock-in platforms.
Traits: Highly organized, meticulous with data, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with retail/outlet staff and management.
